TIME CAPSULE PROJECT: 

• PHOTO Sessions [professional headshots organized by Appointment slots ONLY]
• 2nd PHOTO SESSION BEFORE the Gala on 31 OCT 2024 5:30 PM - OUTFIT: Formal outfit for the Awards Gala

These sessions are for (based on appointment slots booked):

• PRIORITY (1st queue): FWN Global100™ 2024
• FWN Board Members (2nd queue)
• FWN US100™ and Global100 Awardees (2007-2023) (3rd queue) who are registered for the All-Access Summit Pass and were not able to participate in the previous years' Time Capsule
• ALL awardees registered for the Filipina Summit: please complete the Time Capsule Form to schedule your photo session for 27 OCT SUNDAY, 1PM -5:30PM. Go to https://www.filipinasummit.org/time-capsule-schedule to reserve your slot: 5-minute-appointments. First registered for the summit, first served.
  
  
• Please re-confirm your time slot appointment when you pick up your Summit Credentials (check registration times).
• *** Please provide us with your local cell phone and hotel room number if you're staying at the Sheraton Grand, the official FWN Hotel***

If you are a no-show, we will bill you for the photographer's fees. If you are late, we will try to rebook if an appointment slot is available, but there are no guarantees.

• Individual Time allotment: 2-5 minutes for video interviews and 2-5 minutes for photo sessions.
• Please arrive “camera-ready” (make-up and hair ready).  
• OUTFIT: wear an outfit that represents your profession or industry. Filipiniana outfit is OK to wear.

Why wear your All-Access Name Badge?

1. Badge will have a sticker that you are on Security List to Enter NSW Parliament
2. Entry to summit educational sessions
3. Entry to board the shuttle for the Learning Journey DISRUPT 5.0 Book Launch  if staying at the FWN official hotel
4. Entry to Awards Gala Dinner & Ceremony

FINANCIAL CONTRIBUTION: Included in All-Access Summit Pass registration

FWN's Photographer/Videographer Policy:
FWN will have an official photographer and videographer on-site at all summit events. You are NOT allowed to bring your photographer/videographer (even if the photographer is a paid guest) to any FWN events without media credentialing approval from FWN. Using your phone for photos is allowed if you are registered for full summit access, but please do not block the official photographer's spot to take photos and videos.
